We really enjoyed our stay at this hotel! The location was perfect for us, situated in a very quiet neighborhood in the centre of the city. We could easily walk to the shops and restaurants in the nearby Japanese neighbourhood, or take a short taxi ride to the Altstadt. The hotel facilities were top-notch, with spacious and clean apartments that had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We especially appreciated the breakfast, which was delicious and had plenty of options to choose from. The staff were also incredibly friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Not one thing.

Stayed here for a city break last week and was very impressed. The location was perfect, just a short walk from the train station and close to all the main attractions. Our apartment was modern and stylish, equipped with all the necessary amenities including a well-stocked kitchenette and comfortable beds. We also enjoyed the balcony with a view of the city. One highlight was the excellent breakfast buffet, with a great selection of pastries, cheeses, and eggs to fuel up for a day of exploring.

The room was large and the breakfast was very good. Parking below the building was also a plus.
Televisions are antiquated. Stereo in the living room did not work well. Finally, no telephone in the bedroom is not acceptable.

Everything was great at the hotel. We booked an executive suite, but received an upgrade to the Loft Atrium. A very large room, with well equiped kitchen, good DVD and stereo. Nice furniture and a very handy desk to work on. You have to pay for the internet, but with 5 euros for 24 hours very cheap. You dont have to use the internet in one time, so you can stop it after using. Hotel is close to Altstadt, its quiet atmosphere and everything is modern.

The hotel is located in a peaceful neighborhood close to the city center and near the central railway station. The rooms are spacious and clean, and some of them have a balcony with chairs. The breakfast offers a good selection of dishes, including scrambled eggs.
The reception could be more attentive to guests, and the elevators are quite small, making it challenging to fit both people and luggage.

The location was great, only a short walk away from a major shopping street and close to public transportation. the breakfast offered a great variety of options including quality meats and fresh salmon. The staff was also very friendly and accommodating.
The bathroom was small and the shower entrance was narrow, which could be uncomfortable for some guests. the furniture and floor of the apartment were worn and not entirely clean, which detracted from the overall experience.

Spacious. Close to the Japanese part of town so easy to do Japanese groceries!
The remote control at the hotel was out of batteries this time and also last time. DVD machine didn't work.

Lovely big apartment and nice friendly staff. Its in a nice area close, but not that close, to the station. I discovered the 707 tram stopped around the corner which broke the tedious 15 minute-ish walk to the HBF station, especially if you are dragging a case. There are nice restaurants in the area especially Asian. There is also a nice Chinese take away. The big department stores are close as are cheaper shopping options. I liked the area.
Let me say at the outset that I overall liked the experience of staying at the apartment and the following are minor quibble observations. It really is an apart hotel which should be made slightly more clear on the literature. Customers should be aware there is no restaurant (apart for breakfast), bar, indoor sitting area or computer room. It has only one English speaking TV channel which became tedious after 5 days. There was no radio option on the TV either which in this day and age of mass communication perhaps there should be. Im still not sure why Art and Culture is in the name of the hotel.

"Maisonette" totaly equiped (microvawe, frigo, dishwasher, even fresh sponge for manual washing dishes).. Excelent breakfast (included in stay) - schitzel, yaki tori, fresh fruits, tiramisu - all what you can imagine.. Parking under the hotel for only 11 € per day.. Close to Japantown and underground station..
All was ok - just one little tips - "Maisonette" is not very good choice for older people because bedroom is on "gallery" (12 stairs)..

The size of the room - fantastic space. A fridge! The decoration and design Quiet Very friendly and accomodating staff
The room was a bit warm at times even with heaters off. May need air con in the Summer CNN only English langauge TV. Possibly the worst option for an English Language channel!
